Registration Information

Step 1-  Campers and Volunteers- Click on or paste the link into your address bar to access our online registration: https://adobeformscentral.com/?f=ZbgZxNelK0scn1gbV2FxWA .

Step 2- Campers- Take your completed printed application and signed City of Coral Springs Release and Waiver Form to the Coral Springs Gym to pay your tuition. (Click here  for paper camper/volunteer application, to be used only if you experience issues with the online application). Volunteers- mail your completed application, 2 letters of recommendation (new counselors only), and signed City of Coral Springs Release and Waiver Form to: Ms. Nicole Greggs, Director; 4324 NW 67th Way Coral Springs, FL 33067 by April 15.

Step 3- Campers- Pay your registration and optional fees online. Please pay these fees only AFTER you have paid for tuition at the Coral Springs Gymnasium! Choose carefully from the drop-down menus. Volunteers- See Counselors' Corner for information on Level 2 Security fingerprinting (about $40) and other important topics.
