SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

  1. Please attach copies of your previous 2 year's tax forms showing your family income, as well as any other pertinent information. 

  2. Mail (or drop off) completed packet to Nicole Greggs, MusicMakers! Camp Director, 4324 NW 67th Way, Coral Springs, FL 33067.

  3. All applications must be received by April 15 to be eligible for consideration. Sorry; late applications cannot be considered.

  4. Depending on enrollment, partial and full scholarships may be awarded on a need basis.

  5. Scholarship recipients will be notified by May 15 and must submit acceptance via phone call, email or letter by June 1. Scholarship offers expire June 1 if not accepted. 

  6. Partial scholarship recipients must submit discounted tuition to Ms. Nicole by June 1.
