INSTRUCTIONS FOR TURNING IN MONEY FOR CHORUS:

 

PLEASE DO NOT TURN IN LOOSE CASH OR CHECKS!

(Why? Because it gets lost or separated from the paperwork it goes with, and then we don’t know whose it is!)

 

*   All monies (cash or money orders made out to "PPSBA"- NO CHECKS) should be placed in a sealed envelope with your child’s name, teacher, & chorus folder number written on the outside. You may also wish to write what the money is for on the envelope.

 

*   If there is a form that goes with the money, please put it in the envelope also, or staple it to the outside of the sealed envelope.

 

*   If you are submitting a money order & your last name is different from your child’s, please write your child’s name on the memo line of the money order.

 

EFFECTIVE 1/31/08, CHECKS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED BY PPSBA, DUE TO NONPAYMENT OF OVER 10 RETURNED CHECKS THIS YEAR, COSTING PPSBA OVER $100 IN FEES.

 

*   For sing-a-thons, cookie sales, or ad sales, whenever possible please submit ONE MONEY ORDER OR A COMBINATION OF LARGER BILLS for the entire amount of your child's fundraising efforts.
